Officers were called to the Tea Shack at 11am following multiple reports of an altercation.
The victim was allegedly chased by 12 men, some with weapons, before they left the scene in vehicles.
Anyone in the area has who dash-cam or CCTV footage or who witnessed the incident is urged to contact police on 101.
