43 year old Darren Bingham is wanted for fraud by false representation in Spelthorne and Elmbridge.
He is described as White, around 5ft 5 tall, of a medium build with short, dark hair and a beard (which could be shaven).
He was last seen wearing a green parka coat with a fur hood and blue denim jeans.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101.
