The incident occurred on Friday outside Sainsbury’s Local on the hight street some time between 10:30 and 11 in the evening.
Officers are asking anyone driving in the area that witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage before or after to contact them on 101.
Two men they were looking to speak with in connection with the incident have been located.
