27 year old Reece Armstrong from Guildford is wanted on recall to prison.
He is described as white, of slim build, with dark hair sometimes worn in braids and is likely wearing casual clothing.
Officers are warning not to approach him, anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101.
