12 year old Joel was last seen leaving an address in Armytage Road at around 13pm on Friday and potentially travelled to Bromley.
He is described as slim with black hair, last seen wearing a black Nike hat, a blue Adidas tracksuit with a black jacket and navy blue sliders.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact police immediately.
