Planning permission has been granted for a new café at Richmond Park’s Roehampton Gate.
The project will be funded by management charity, The Royal Parks.
Original buildings at the popular food and drink pit-stop were destroyed by fire 20 years ago.
We’re told the new space will be more family-friendly and the landscape around the café will be improved to increase biodiversity.
