People in Epsom and Ewell can now borrow items like tools and kitchen equipment from Libraries of Things instead of buying them.

The scheme is part of a growing network across Surrey, with eight locations including Guildford, Woking, Redhill and others.

Residents can book items like DIY and gardening equipment online for short-term use when needed.

The council says it’s a simple way to save money, share resources and reduce waste.
