London Fire Brigade is advising all residents in the Wimbledon, Earlsfield and Tooting areas to shut their windows and doors due to smoke from a fire at a recycling plant.
The fire started on Saturday in Weir Road in Wimbledon.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) was called to thhe blaze and officers are still on scene managing the damping down process.
Wandsworth Council says it has been in regular communication with LFB since the weekend and is keeping the situation under regular review.
Firefighters remain on the site working to fully extinguish the fire.
The Brigade has informed us that steady progress is being made and that firefighters are expected to remain on site this afternoon.
