One of South West London’s most “pioneering” properties has been “gifted” to the nation.
22 Wimbledon Parkside was designed by Richard and Su Rogers.
The modernist building is known for helping to inspire the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the current Lloyd’s of London building.
The Rogers family has handed the property, which was built between 1968 and 1970, to the National Trust to open to the public.
