It’s hoped the preventative approach to damp and mould will help keep residents in a warm, safe and decent home.
A surveyor will get in touch to set up a home visit if the smart sensor data indicates any potential damp and mould problems.
They can also provide guidance or arrange for any necessary fixes, if needed.
