Wandsworth Council says the LEDs use less energy and last longer than traditional equivalents so will deliver additional savings.

The new floodlights follow a major upgrade of the venue’s running surface last year.

The refurb cost £500,000 and included upgrades to the changing rooms, showers and gym equipment.
