Nearly 80 organisations and businesses across Richmond have signed up to a scheme supporting breastfeeding parents.

The Breastfeeding Friendly Scheme helps create safe and welcoming spaces for families feeding their babies while out and about.

The free scheme is open to public venues including shops, libraries, GP practices and community centres.

The council is highlighting the initiative during World Breastfeeding Week this week.
