MPs have been debating a petition to appoint a maternity commissioner in England.

It’s after a petition gained over 150,000 signatures.

The campaign’s being led by MP Theo Clarke and former Made in Chelsea star Louise Thompson.

Labour MP Tony Vaughan says it seems all too common.
