Motspur Park station will finally go step-free next month.
Lifts are being introduced, starting with a two-week testing period, and should be fully operational by the end of the month.
Wheelchair users and parents with prams have been calling for their introduction for many years.
It had been hoped the lifts, which are part of an £8.9 million package of works by Network Rail, would be installed by the start of this year
