More than 400 people in Hammersmith and Fulham have so far contributed more than £450,000 to an environmental project.

The council launched the Green Investment Fund last month to kickstart resident-led environmental schemes in the borough.

Those who contribute are currently receiving a 4.85% a year return on their investment.

The council says the opportunity will stay open until February the 13th or until the initial funding target of £1million has been reached.
