More than 200 Wimbledon tennis tickets have been donated to refugees and charity workers across this year’s tournament.

Wandsworth Council teamed up with the All England Club to provide the sporting opportunity for sanctuary-seekers in the borough.

Volunteers from organisations such as Wandsworth Welcomes Refugees have enjoyed a day out in SW19 over the last two weeks.

Medical Lifeline Ukraine was also a guest at a Mayoral Reception held by the Council for the Ukrainian refugees.
