MP, Sarah Olney, launched it after the Met Police told her it may be considering cutting funding for the officers based in Richmond Park.
Ms Olney has now written to Met Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, urging him not to “make the cut hastily.”
A Met Police spokesperson has told us budgets are being looked at but “no final decisions have been made.”
