Mole Valley District Council says there is clear support for a more “modern and attractive” shopping centre.
There were, however, concerns about traffic and the height of any new buildings around the high street.
The responses are being evaluated but residents are being warned that anyone who didn’t leave a valid email address won’t be considered.
