More radios are being handed out in Croydon town centre in a bid to cut crime and anti-social behaviour.

The council has funded seven more devices as part of its Radio Link scheme which launched in 2023.

The handheld radio system is designed to connect businesses, the Met Police, Street Rangers and security teams.

The addition of seven radios brings the total number of active users in the town centre to 93.
