The latest NHS Staff Survey was undertaken by 67% of people working for the trust, which is its highest ever return rate.
It’s revealed a 6% increase on 2023 in the number of colleagues recommending SECAmb as a place to work.
The percentage of colleagues who felt the trust employed enough staff also increased 14 points on last year.
