Marriott Hotel Heathrow recently held an AI food waste showcase highlighting their sustainability goals and food waste reduction commitments.

Their 53 hotels in the UK, in partnership with Winnow, have begun using AI to reduce food waste in their kitchens.

A ‘food lab’ has also been introduced where they’ve developed items such as vegetarian burgers and soap from food waste.
