The council has granted permission for 529 new homes on the Clapham site with 35% to be affordable.
An application for 262 new Build to Rent homes has been green lit for Vauxhall of which 36% will be earmarked as affordable housing.
The council says the housing developments will be coupled with modern educational facilities.
