Labour has announced that it will not “seriously” contest a number of seats at the next election, including Kingston and Surbiton.

It’s published a list of “non battleground” constituencies for its members.

Esher and Walton and Epsom and Ewell are also listed.

Kingston and Surbiton is Lib Dem under MP, Sir Ed Davey, while the other two constituencies are currently Conservative.
