It will be shut until the 18th of October while damaged stalls are demolished and the area is cleaned up.
The market had been reopened earlier this week, but the Council said it had to close it back down after further safety concerns were identified.
The London Fire Brigade says it believes an electrical fault in a fridge caused the blaze.
