The report looked at the range of help being offered to over 1,300 adult learners enrolled at 12 centres in the borough.
It noted that tutors are “adept at adjusting teaching methods to meet individual needs.”
Inspectors say this ensures all students, including those with disabilities, receive “tailored and effective” education.
