Kingston University is one of the top education institutions in the country for its efforts in wildlife conservation.

A study, conducted by Ark Wildlife, has listed the site in its platinum tier of universities that are trying to protect biodiversity.

A number of factors were considered when ranking Kingston including the conservation activities on offer to students there.

The University in Penrhyn Road is one of 122 that submitted data in order to be considered for the study.
