More than 200 people attended the Celebrating Communities Awards, which recognise individuals and groups making a difference.
Winners included Kingston Mencap, RBKares volunteers, Queen’s Promenade Friends and young volunteer Isaac Myhill.
A special award was also given in memory of Ann Macfarlane for her long service to disability rights and the Kingston community.
