Kingston Council has announced it is funding nine environmentally friendly projects across the borough.

The money is coming from the Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise Green Grant programme.

All Saints Church in Kingston town centre is one of the projects named as a funding recipient.

The team there wants to launch a planting programme in the church grounds to help biodiversity.
