The charity has spent the last 30 years supporting those who give up their time to care for a loved one.
There are believed to be over 800 young carers in the borough, with the charity saying referrals have doubled since the Covid pandemic.
Emily has been a carer since she was 11 years old and relies on KCN for a bit of normality.
