Joao Felix will undergo a medical at Chelsea today after they reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid for his transfer.

The deal will see England midfielder Connor Gallagher move in the other direction to the Spanish club.

Felix, who had a loan spell at Stamford Bridge in 2023, will sign a six year deal in west London.

But former Premier League defender Jamie Carragher tells us, the forward is a player Chelsea don’t need.
