It may be Christmas Day, but a team of volunteers in Esher already wants your Christmas trees.

The group, from Princess Alice Hospice, will be collecting real trees from January the 12th.

They’ll take them away and recycle them in return for a donation.

All residents need to do is book a collection date and make sure the tree is visible from the road on January the 12th.

Brits buy a staggering 6 to 8 million Christmas trees every year according to The British Christmas Tree Grower’s Association.
