A man in his 20s died at the scene after the car he was a passenger in overturned on the eastbound stretch near Junction 3 at 11.30.

Four people were found with injuries, all of whom had been travelling in the Mercedes.

Two other men, also thought to be aged in their 20s, were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
