Over £120,000 has been raised for Level Water, a national charity providing one-to-one swimming lessons to children with disabilities.
Around 500 swimmers took part, from 92 teams ranging in sizes of eight people, to solo swimmers who took on a the full 24hrs alone.
The Swim Relay is a celebration of the open water and swimming community and has raised over £350,000 over the last three years.
