The 5km event is being held as part of the borough’s Twinning Reaffirmation Weekend.
It’s 65 years of the special partnership with Konstanz in Germany and Fontainebleau in France.
The run will be followed by a guided family friendly cycle ride which will take in the likes of Hampton Court Palace.
