Hounslow’s first openly gay Mayor in the borough’s history has been elected.

Labour councillor, Ranjit Gill, represents Osterley and Spring Grove and has lived in the area for over 40 years.

Hounslow is promising an era of ‘real progressive change’ with the election of its first LGBTQ Mayor.

Councillor Gill has chosen Age UK Hounslow’s Dementia Services as his charity for the year ahead.
