Hounslow Council says proposed safety changes to Hogarth Roundabout in Chiswick don’t go far enough.

Transport for London launched a public consultation in July, but the authority is calling for the plan to be ‘more ambitious.’

TfL wants to lower the speed limit on approach to the roundabout from 40 to 30mph and increase footway space for pedestrians.

Hounslow Council says it cannot proceed with the changes until a number of its questions have been answered.
