All 32 London councils and planning to introduce higher penalties from the 7th of April.
The move will see parking and traffic penalty charges raised for the first time since 2011.
Hounslow Council is a band A borough.
This means higher-level penalties for actions such as driving in a bus lane will increase from £130 to £160.
Parking penalties at the lower level will rise from £80 to £110.
Release fee from a wheel clamp will rise to £100 and release from a car pound will cost £280.
