Heathrow says 7-point-7 million people travelled through the airport last month.

That’s up 22 percent from last year – and is just 1 percent below 2019’s figure, before the coronavirus pandemic.

The jump in passenger numbers from last July is being put down to more business on flights to and from Asia as well as North America.
