The prop has been with the Twickenham based rugby club for 15 years.
It closely follows his retirement from international rugby with England, where he earned 95 caps and won three Six Nations titles.
Announcing his retirement, Marler said: “The time has come to finally jump off the rollercoaster and walk away from this beautifully brutal game”.
