A former UK border force employee at Heathrow accused of spying for China has been found dead.
The body of 37 year-old Matthew Trickett was discovered in a park near his home in Maidenhead.
The ex Royal Marine had been charged along with two other people, 38 year-old Chi Leung Wai from Staines and Chung Biu Yuen, aged 63, from Dalston.
All three were arrested after an operation led by the Met’s counter-terrorism command.
They were not asked for a plea when they appeared before Westminster Magistrates.
