Chelsea are searching for their sixth permanent manager in five years after the shock departure of Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentinian oversaw an inconsistent season in charge, but qualified for Europe with five consecutive Premier League wins to end the campaign.

Pochettino endured a difficult start to his Chelsea career, which was plagued by injuries,  including to club captain Reece James, vice-captain Ben Chilwell, and star summer signing Christopher Nkunku.
