For two years, Surrey County Council have run the Warm Welcome scheme with venues open across Surrey this winter free of charge.

Warm Welcome is a space run by charitable organisations where people can warm up with a hot drink and enjoy socialising.

There are currently over 80 Warm Welcome Venues across Surrey inside community spaces such as church halls and libraries.

Users of the scheme can also receive energy advice. You can find your nearest Warm Welcome on the councils website.
