Half of the ground and first floors of the mid-terraced property in Donnybrook Road were damaged last night.
The fire is believed to have been accidental and caused by a lithium battery pack that was on charge.
London Fire Brigade says these batteries are susceptible to failure if incorrect chargers are used and they shouldn’t be left unattended.
