Firefighters have been called to a waste transfer facility in Brentford this afternoon.

The brigade which involved 60 firefighters were called to Transport Avenue just before 1pm.

Around 20 tonnes of domestic waste is alight. People are advised to avoid the area as the crew respond.

The cause of the fire remains unknown.
