Emma Hayes says she’ll “cry her eyes out” when she leaves Chelsea after 12 years in charge to take over the USA’s women’s team this summer.

She was speaking after becoming the first female recipient of the Football Writers Tribute Award.

Hayes tells us, it would mean a lot of she can sign off by winning both the Women’s Super League and Champions League.
