Emma Hayes says her “full focus” is on Chelsea as she prepares for tonight’s Women’s Champions League match against Paris FC.

She’ll leave the club at the end of the season to take over as manager of the United States women’s team.

Hayes has won six WSL titles and five FA Cups at Chelsea – but is yet to enjoy success in Europe.

She’s confident her team can compete this season.
