On Saturday the 4th of November, a white Ford Transit van, with stripes along the centre, collided with a parked car.
The van then followed teenagers in a Ford Fiesta, colliding with them on three times as they drove through Laleham, Staines and Sunbury.
The man was arrested but has been released under investigation.
Officers are asking anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of these incidents to contact them on 101.
