Elmbridge Council has approved a plan to support more people, including carers, struggling families, and older residents.

The plan maintains key services like Meals on Wheels while saving money and partnering more with community groups.

It will create new community hubs and introduce coordinators to offer more personalised support.

The council will share more details with residents in early autumn.
