It’s after some residents took to social media to express their concerns about Hersham Shopping Centre.
Its owner has expressed an interest in redevelopment and is in the process of updating their plans for the site.
The council says there is no planning application at the moment and if one is submitted, residents will be given the opportunity to respond.
