Two investigations have launched after two derelict pubs caught fire in Croydon within 15 minutes of each other.
The incidents are being treated as suspicious by police.
There were no injuries in the blazes which gutted the former Windmill and Drum & Monkey.
The pubs were just streets away from each other in Gloucester and St James’s Roads.
